In October of 2012, MyMediabox was acquired by Jonas Software USA, Inc. a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (a publicly traded company). While MyMediabox continues to operate with all the original staff as a stand-alone division of Jonas Software, the acquisition gives MyMediabox the deep resources of its' parent company to further accelerate the development and delivery of MyMediabox software upgrades with unmatched customer support and industry-leading infrastructure and security.
