Products:
A complete inventory of approved SKUs across all your Licensees in one centralized, online location. Each product is connected to its contract, and Licensees can provide product details including images, alternate SKU numbers, wholesale price, SRP and more.
Royalty Tracking:
Allow each Licensee and agent to upload their sales reports via the Royalty Portal. Error detection shows discrepancies between system-calculated versus reported royalties due. Apply cross-collateralization to offset a royalty surplus on one contract against an MG shortfall on another.
Financials:
Approve, reject or override pending transactions from contractual advances and minimum guarantees, and from Licensees’ sales reports. Generate invoices from billable amounts for royalties due, agent commissions and ad hoc payments.
