MyMediabox Support and Training

Ready to assist you

MyMediabox Support and Training teams offer  a variety of helpful resources to Mediabox Users and Administrators. Uncertainties may arise when a user is logged in. The Mediabox Support team is always on standby, ready to assist with queries submitted in help tickets and directly by email or phone.

The Support representatives work closely with the Training team, who provide a different level of support. Workshops, live webinars and recorded tutorials are available to new users and anyone who will benefit from structured coursework. When users only need to brush up on the necessary steps before executing a single task, they refer to the online user guides. These comprehensive resources are found by selecting “Help” from the Mediabox workspace.


We use Freshdesk

Freshdesk is an online customer support and help desk solution utilized by MyMediabox. The application allows you to create a new support ticket, check an existing ticket status or access our extensive knowledge base. Users access the Freshdesk menu by logging into Mediabox-PA, Mediabox-RM or Mediabox-DAM, and then clicking the orange “Support” button at the top of the workspace.

Our goal is to provide 24-hr live support to our global Mediabox partners, with a Support representative available to assist, regardless of the time zone. We’re nearly there! Currently we have live support in the United States, Iceland and Japan.

Training Team

Specializing in live and recorded training events

Preferred learning styles today are visual and interactive. That’s why the Mediabox Training Team created the online training library. Our mission is to fill this central hub with video tutorials for any tool, across any Mediabox system. There are hundreds of tools to document, but the critical pathway functionality is already available for all roles in Mediabox-PA and Mediabox-DAM. The Library is easily accessed by any user who is logged into a Mediabox application. Just look for the Online Training icon.
