Each User and Administrator may have questions when using MyMediabox as part of their work requirements. We have created a number of help files found in the “My Account” drop-down menu under “Help” at the top right of your screen that you can refer to.
Another tool users can utilize is Freshdesk, an online customer support and help desk solution. Freshdesk is an application that allows you to create a new support ticket, check an existing ticket status, or access our knowledge base. Users can get to the Freshdesk menu by logging into the Product Approval or Digital Asset Management website and clicking the orange “Support” button at the top of the screen, or by clicking here.
